The Mission of the American Legion is to enhance the well-being of America’s veterans, their families, our military, and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.
The American Legion Family includes the American Legion Auxiliary and Sons of The American Legion and the American Legion Riders. The Legion Family places high importance on preserving our American traditions and values, improving the quality of life for our nation’s children, caring for veterans and their families, and perhaps most importantly, teaching the fundamentals of good citizenship.
